Home Internet Protection
Home Internet Protection is a dedicated firewall and Wi‑Fi solution designed to protect your whole home network, not just individual devices. It sits in place of your modem or between your modem and your devices to block many scams, malware threats and unwanted connections before they reach your phones, PCs, TVs and smart home gear.
How it Works
We install a small firewall appliance between your NBN or wireless modem and the rest of your network. All of your wired and Wi‑Fi devices connect through this firewall, which inspects and filters traffic using constantly updated threat intelligence and sensible rules tailored to a home environment.

Installed & Pre‑Configured for Your Home
Before installation we collect details about your internet service, Wi‑Fi preferences and devices using a simple client form, downloadable from our Downloads page. Your system is then pre‑configured for your connection type, Wi‑Fi details and any special requirements, so once installed your internet and devices continue to work with the new protection in place.
Self‑Install Option with Guide
For suitable homes we can pre‑configure a Home Internet Protection kit and ship it to you with a step‑by‑step installation guide, downloadable from our Downloads page. This includes clear cabling diagrams and simple checks so you can confirm everything is working, with remote assistance available if required.
Optional Managed Service
If you prefer a set‑and‑forget approach, we can monitor the firewall for you, apply firmware and security updates, and adjust rules as your needs change under a low‑cost monthly subscription, our subscription form is downloadable from our Downloads page. You still keep control of your internet service and devices, while we look after the security engine that protects them.
Designed for Home Use
Home Internet Protection is intended for residential networks and home‑based users who may also run small or side businesses using external services such as cloud email or hosted online stores. It is not designed or licensed for hosting public‑facing commercial websites or online stores directly from inside your home network.
