All prices below are for labour only. Hardware, parts, consumables and any third‑party services are billed separately once agreed. Most work is billed in one‑hour blocks with a minimum charge of one hour unless otherwise agreed when booking.
Standard workshop rate: $150 per hour. This covers diagnostics, repair and testing for computers and related equipment brought to our workshop at 103A Temora St, Cootamundra. Hardware and software (licenses, parts, drives, etc.) are additional.
Standard onsite rate: $175 per hour. This rate applies to onsite visits within 20 km of Cootamundra. Time is billed from arrival on site, with a minimum charge of one hour. Labour only; any required hardware is quoted separately.
For onsite work more than 20 km from Cootamundra, a travel charge of $1.50 per km (one way) applies in addition to the onsite hourly rate. The travel distance and cost will be confirmed with you when you book the job.
Out of hours or urgent onsite work is charged at the standard onsite hourly rate, plus an additional $100 per hour, along with any applicable travel charges. We will always tell you if out of hours pricing applies before confirming the booking.
Home Internet Protection managed firewall monitoring and maintenance is billed at $25 per month per site on a month‑to‑month basis, as described in the Managed Service Subscription Form. Any additional onsite or workshop work requested is charged at the standard rates above.
