Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located and do you come onsite?

A to PC operates from 103A Temora St, Cootamundra, NSW. We offer workshop repairs as well as onsite visits in Cootamundra and surrounding areas, depending on the type of job and what is most efficient for you.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, please contact us before dropping equipment off or expecting an onsite visit. A quick call or email lets us understand the issue, give an estimate and schedule a suitable time.

Can you recover my data if my computer is not booting?

In many cases we can recover data if the storage drive is still readable. We will assess the situation first and discuss options and likely success before proceeding with any data work.

What internet connections does Home Internet Protection support?

Home Internet Protection can be used with NBN, fixed wireless and 4G/5G services in most home setups. Part of our client information form is used to confirm how your current modem/router is connected so we can configure the firewall correctly.

Will Home Internet Protection affect my home phone?

If your home phone plugs into your ISP modem, we leave the phone connected there and place the firewall between the modem and the rest of your network. This keeps the phone working while still protecting your devices through the firewall.

Do you provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance?

Yes, we offer an optional managed service for Home Internet Protection that covers monitoring, firmware and security updates, and reasonable policy adjustments on a month‑to‑month basis.

What payment terms do you use?

Standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. A small late fee will apply if invoices are not paid by the due date, and services can be paused until accounts are brought up to date.

When will locksmithing services be available?

Locksmithing and automotive key services are currently being set up and will be introduced progressively. If you have a specific vehicle or lock in mind, please contact us and we can advise current status and likely timing.

How do I get support or ask a question?

You can call 0422 221 524 or email info@atopc.com.au. For existing firewall customers, please include a brief description of the issue and any error messages you are seeing so we can help more quickly.
