Our Repair Order is to be completed and signed before we commence any repair to your device.
Without a complete and signed Repair Order any request for repair will be refused.
Our Repair Order Form requires to be printed and filled out with Black Pen
and brought with you when you drop your device off, if you are unable to print it
out we do have forms printed and ready but htis will add 15 minutes or so to your drop off time.
